Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to join our Quick Commerce Product team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Be part of redefining how customers experience quick commerce. You’ll help build technology that scales our non-food offerings, reaching new market segments and driving revenue growth. By innovating within our Quick Commerce Team, you’ll make Delivery Hero the go-to platform for a broad range of products, helping us grow faster and deliver more value to customers around the world.

You’ll help power our seller platform for large-scale supermarkets, helping transform the offline retail giants of the world into digital-first businesses. You'll bridge the physical and digital worlds, creating intuitive solutions that bring beloved local retailers directly to consumers' fingertips with our Quick Commerce platform in 70+ countries.

You'll own the product roadmap for the data products that power our seller platform, collaborating directly with teams based across the globe to shape how major retailers use our platform. We believe in giving our product people real ownership - you won't be spending most of your time writing detailed specs for data scientists and engineers to implement. Instead, you'll:

• Spend time in actual supermarkets understanding how people work in them
• Build a vision for how data products can transform traditional retail operations on a quick commerce platform
• Focus on high-leverage product decisions that create impact across our platform
• Ship improvements that measurably increase efficiency for large-scale retailers
• Balance short-term wins with long-term platform evolution
  
  

Qualifications

What we’re looking for isn't just experience, it's a specific mindset:

• You have genuine curiosity about retail operations and empathy for the people working in stores
• You think in systems and understand how to use applied sciences, machine learning or AI solutions to fit into broader operational workflows
• You have excellent product taste and can tell the difference between a feature that looks good in a spec and one that works brilliantly in reality
• You're comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate between competing priorities
• You communicate clearly and can articulate the "why" behind product decisions
• You're equally excited about greenfield experimentation and scaling mature products
  
  

Having said that, 5+ years of product management experience is a must for this role. It ensures that you have gone through multiple iterations and phases of product building, which is crucial to succeed in this role.
