Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global IT infrastructure and networking strategy with a focus on cloud and multi-cloud environments.
• Ensure operational resilience and support 24/7 business operations.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient IT services.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing IT team.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years in IT management, including 5+ in senior leadership within multinational organisations.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, ISO 20001, DevOps, and Agile.
• Proven experience in IT Infrastructure, cloud strategy, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Relevant certifications and a degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business.
• Fluent English and German languages.
• Experience with ISO27001, NIS2, or similar compliance frameworks.
