Java Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs. You will work on both front-end and back-end components of our applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and modern UI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions.
• Develop high-quality, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall system design.
• Manage stakeholders by providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment on project goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Significant experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
• Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
• Solid understanding of message queue technologies such as Kafka and MQ.
• Proficiency in modern UI technologies such as React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with advanced concepts like concurrency, design principles, and designing optimal solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
• Familiarity with security best practices.
