We are seeking a leader to drive, lead and transform procurement across our financial services organisation.

This high-profile executive role carries responsibility for enterprise-wide procurement strategy, oversight of significant Opex and Capex budgets (‘000s m), and the management of mission-critical supplier relationships — including contracts exceeding €100M.

This is a unique opportunity to shape procurement & sourcing into a strategic value driver, delivering cost efficiency, resilience, supplier excellence, and sustainable growth in one of the most dynamic sectors in the market.

About You

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at C-suite and Board level.
• Senior executive procurement leader with experience in large financial services organisations (20,000+ employees).
• Proven track record managing multi-vendor portfolios with significant contracts over €100M.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, cost optimisation, and rate card management.
• Skilled in contract negotiation, governance, and supplier performance management.
