A leading FS firm based in Dublin are seeking a Kubernetes DevOps expert with Senior DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes) to play a key role in an exciting new large scale 3-year project.

Must have 5+ years Kubernetes, IaC, Terraform and experince collaborating with multiple teams to deliver projects.

About the Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes), you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our core customer platforms. You'll collaborate with talented engineers to automate infrastructure, implement observability, and drive continuous improvement across our cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Collaborate: Guide cross-functional teams in designing and maintaining robust DevOps frameworks, supporting continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
• Infrastructure Automation: Oversee the automation of infrastructure and application deployments using tools like Kubernetes.
• System Reliability: Ensure the stability and reliability of production and staging environments, introducing process improvements and automation where possible.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain clear documentation and standard operating procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience as a SRE / DevOps engineer working with Kubernetes.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud-native technologies, especially Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, YAML, JSON, and Ansible.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, and Atlassian suite.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
