Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Data Scientist to join the Artificial Intelligence team at Reale Group. As a key contributor to the team, you will apply advanced AI methodologies—ranging from traditional machine learning to Generative and Agentic AI approaches—to develop and industrialize impactful solutions in a complex business environment. You will work alongside other senior professionals, engineers, and domain experts to turn data into actionable insights and autonomous systems, supporting innovation across the insurance value chain.
This is a hands-on technical role with strategic visibility and cross-functional collaboration, requiring deep expertise in AI modeling, practical application, and ethical deployment at scale.
