Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst Depositary :


Responsibilities:


  • Support the vendor evaluation phase (post-RFP) by analyzing proposals against functional, operational, and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to the definition of selection criteria, scoring models, and gap analyses.
  • Participate in vendor workshops and demonstrations, document evaluation outcomes, and provide structured comparative analysis for decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing executive summaries and recommendations for governance bodies.
  • Conduct a gap analysis between the selected solution and current-state processes.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to define the Target Operating Model and end-to-end process flows.
  • Draft business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
  • Coordinate and facilitate design workshops with stakeholders.
  • Prepare training materials, user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, and test scenarios.
  • Support change management, ensuring documentation, knowledge transfer, and process adoption.
  • Provide regular progress reporting and contribute to steering committee materials.


Requirements:


  • 5–10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector.
  • Proven background in depositary bank activities, including oversight duties, alternative asset monitoring, regulatory frameworks, and reporting.
  • Strong track record in tool implementation projects, ideally covering vendor selection and evaluation phases.
  • Solid ability to analyze, model, and document complex business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Waterfall and hybrid-Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency with business documentation and presentation tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical mindset, structured approach to problem-solving, and a detail-oriented work style.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
