We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer Specialist with deep expertise in the Pega platform to support enterprise-level digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical leadership with hands-on Pega experience, ensuring seamless collaboration between business and IT stakeholders while driving best practices in performance, scalability, and DevOps.

👤 Profile Requirements

Mandatory Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years working with the Pega platform.
• Proven experience with Pega versions from 8.8 onwards.
• Expertise in case management, decisioning, integrations, UI/UX.
• Experience in event-driven architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Pega PDC and PDM.
• Ability to lead discussions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
  

Certifications (Mandatory)

• Lead System Architect (LSA) – Pega Certified ✅
• Senior System Architect (SSA) – Pega Certified (preferred).
  
  

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in Pega CLM/KYC module.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with real-time analytics and monitoring solutions.
  
  

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Pega-based solutions (v8.8 and above).
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and best practices, focusing on modular design, reusability, and performance tuning.
• Support DevOps pipelines (CI/CD, automated quality & security checks).
• Manage and enhance Pega Deployment Manager (PDM) and Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC).
• Implement event-driven architectures in Pega with real-time data integration.
• Develop integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, API Gateway, and Kafka (or similar streaming platforms).
• Support advanced use cases in case management, decisioning, and UI/UX.
• Engage with developers, architects, and business partners to ensure delivery of target outcomes.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
