Senior DevOps Engineer - PEGA Expertise - Multi-year contract

We are looking for experienced DevOps Engineers with strong PEGA expertise to join a long-term program in Luxembourg. This role is focused on maintaining and enhancing critical workflows for compliance and counterparty management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new features and maintain existing PEGA solutions (v8.8+).
• Ensure code quality, performance, and guardrail compliance.
• Manage deployments with CI/CD, Pega Deployment Manager, and PDC.
• Integrate PEGA with external systems (APIs, Kafka, event-driven architecture).
• Participate in agile ceremonies and support team onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with PEGA.
• Mandatory certification: Lead System Architect (LSA)
• Other certification: Senior System Architect (SSA)
• Hands-on experience with case management, decisioning, REST/SOAP, UI/UX.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and DevOps practices.
• Advantage: experience with PEGA CLM/KYC.
