- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

- Strong engineering skills in Python, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and unit testing
- Hands-on experience in data processing with Python, primarily using Pandas
- Solid understanding of REST API integration and data exchange in Python applications
- Experience with data orchestrators such as Airflow, Dagster, or Mage.ai
- Proficient in SQL and DBT (Data Build Tool) for data modeling and transformation
- Familiar with Azure resources including Storage Accounts, Key Vaults, and Azure Databases
- Good understanding of Git for version control and Docker for containerized development
- Comfortable working in Visual Studio Code, including .devcontainer environments
- Ability to develop a basic Python REST API application that: Interacts with a database, Queries and processes data using business logic, Serves responses through API endpoints
- Adheres to clean code and best practices, with the ability to justify technical choices
- Experience writing unit and integration tests, including: Testing business logic, Testing API endpoints
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback
- Analyze business problems and propose data-driven or optimization-based solutions
- Develop, deploy, and monitor optimization models in production
- Improve performance and accuracy of existing data pipelines and models
- Conduct ad hoc data analysis to address immediate business needs
