What we are looking for:

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable TypeScript code to create modern user interfaces for web applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and mentor junior developers.
• Write and execute unit tests, debug, and fix performance issues.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend and TypeScript trends, tools, and best practices.

• Hybrid model: up to 2x per week at the office in Lisbon or Porto.

💻 Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience with React.js (other frameworks such as Angular, Vue, or Ext are a plus).
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive layouts, and web standards.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, asynchronous requests, and Git version control.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

✨ Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Familiarity with build tools such as NPM.
• Understanding of server-side rendering (SSR).
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.
