Our mission is to rid the planet of fossil fuels. Since our start in 2014, we have helped avoid emissions equivalent to what 2.2 million gasoline-powered cars emit in a year!

In the beginning, we only helped our customers with solar panels. Over the years, we have innovated new Energy Tech solutions based on their needs. Today, we are the company driving the industry forward, offering the most comprehensive solutions for everything related to energy in the home.

So how will you contribute? We are currently undergoing a brand transformation – building our Energy Tech brand and communicating that we are much more than just solar panels. That’s why we’ve created an entirely new role within our Marketing team, where we’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life and make sure our story resonates across all channels.

The team

In our Marketing team, you will work closely with Madeleine (Media Manager), Jonathan (Head of Marketing Development), Gustav and Frida (CRM Managers), and Tomas (Content Manager). Your direct manager will be Sofia Brandberg (CMO). The team is growing, we’re looking for you and also a Marketing Analytics Specialist. Everyone is looking forward to welcoming you on board!

Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer at Svea Solar, you’re not just crafting visuals—you’re shaping the brand’s voice, energy, and presence across every touchpoint. You play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of our visual identity. This is a rare opportunity to leave your creative fingerprint on everything from campaigns to everyday assets, with the freedom to explore, experiment, and elevate. You’ll be the go-to creative force in the marketing team, collaborating across the company to bring our mission to life: to rid the planet from fossil fuels. Your work will help us stand out in a competitive market, inspire customers, and energize internal teams.

• Maintain and evolve Svea Solar’s visual identity and design system across all channels, ensuring both consistency and creative innovation.
• Design and produce high-quality visual assets for a variety of marketing initiatives, including digital advertising, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and print materials.
• Apply a commercial mindset to design—evaluate the performance of creative assets, draw insights from results, and continuously optimize for greater impact and effectiveness.
• Co-lead creative productions such as photo and video shoots in collaboration with the CMO and Content Manager.
• Translate creative briefs into compelling concepts in close partnership with Content Manager and Media Manager.
• Support internal communications and employer branding efforts with engaging and on-brand design solutions.
• Stay current with design trends, tools,best practices and AI in design to ensure Svea Solar’s brand remains fresh, relevant, and forward-thinking.
  
  
  

Are we a match?

We are looking for you who…

• Have proven expertise in graphic design, with at least a couple of years (or more) of experience, ideally in a fast-paced marketing or commercial environment.
• Are confident in developing and maintaining brand guidelines and visual identity systems, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Are a versatile creator, able to produce both static and motion graphics across formats such as social media, advertising, email campaigns, print materials, and sales collateral.
• Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma, and curious about exploring AI tools for scalable content creation.
• Have relevant education in graphic design.
• Communicate fluently in English (written and spoken); Swedish is a plus.

• Can manage multiple projects independently while delivering high-quality work on time.
• Are a true team player who spreads positive energy, shares ideas openly, and contributes to a fun, collaborative work culture—both within the team and across functions.
• Think commercially, using data and insights (e.g., A/B testing) to optimize your design work and adapt visual storytelling based on performance.

• Possess skills in filming, photography, and editing.
