As a Junior Software Engineer at Devapo, you'll be working on real-world projects that make a tangible impact on businesses. Your role will involve developing and maintaining applications, contributing to various development projects, and participating in BPM implementations. What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working in IT
• Proficiency with modern programming languages (like Python, Java, C#)
• Knowledge of relational databases and Git version control
• Understanding of software development best practices
• At least basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Higher technical education in IT or related field
• Knowledge of SCRUM project methodology
  
  

Communication & Language

• Strong English and Polish proficiency (B2/C1 level) for effective client communication
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  
  

Nice To Have

• Knowledge of BPM systems
• Experience with various development platforms
• Background in cloud technologies
