We are looking for a dedicated and people-focused HR Business Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital support to HR Business Partners and address EMEA local countries-specific needs, ensuring alignment with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with people, has a strong understanding of employment regulations, and is eager to foster positive workplace experiences. For this role, you will be expected to be in Istanbul, Turkey.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Provides centralized human resource administration and support across a variety of processes and programs including Global Rewards, Global Talent & Leadership Development, Global HR Operations and Employee Relations
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures, ensuring accurate responses to customer inquiries, efficient transaction processing, and effective administration of HR programs and processes
  • Utilize key systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Generate, analyse, and provide reporting & analytics to customers, following up to address and satisfy their business needs
  • Support inquiries related to labour law
  • Contribute to continuous improvement working closely with the AskHR Regional coordinators and broader HR Services team to achieve solutions / improvements for all processes / tasks performed in the HR Shared Services Center and pro-actively works on an efficient info flow between HR Partners and other parties
  • Assist in a wide variety of general HR projects supporting EMEA Group HR, providing technical and highly skilled clerical and project coordination support. You will support Senior Leaders with queries related to our HR systems and direct customers to additional resources, including documented information, reference materials and self-service tools as appropriate


Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Well organized, aptitude for paperwork, systems oriented, good follow-up skills, strong organizational and co-ordination skills.
  • Active and good listener, team player, effective problem-solving skills, result, and quality oriented.
  • Excellent command of MS Office programs, including Excel advance experience.
  • Ability to work with HR systems; Workday and/or ServiceNow knowledge is advantageous
