Strategy and Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Use data to provide value-added analysis and reporting on strategy design and business operations
• Assist in managing the product roadmap, monitoring tasks, and escalating issues as needed
• Help with product operations, including BRD preparations, tests, and Q&A
• Provide findings and recommendations for execution by operational teams and executives
• Support day-to-day operations and promote a data-driven decision-making culture
• Contribute to business performance reviews by creating and maintaining data dashboards to monitor and report operating metrics
• Be part of a fast-paced industry and organization where time to market is critical
  
  

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to connect and work collaboratively with multiple teams to address operational requirements and tackle complex issues
• Strong ethical standards and integrity, with dedication and passion for the organization
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with teams across different business units and regions, often under minimal supervision
• Strong research and writing skills, attention to detail, and analytical aptitude
• Past internship experiences in Consulting, Web3, Finance, or Technology firms and project contribution/involvement would be a plus
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel is a must, other Data Analytics tools is a plus
• Fluency in English and Turkish
