Vi söker nu en HR & Payroll Specialist som kan arbeta på distans, med möjlighet att utgå hemifrån och bidra till vår verksamhet på ett flexibelt sätt.

Om rollen Som HR & Payroll Specialist i vårt Shared Service-team har du en nyckelroll i att ge våra anställda och chefer ett konsekvent och högkvalitativt HR-stöd. Ditt arbete omfattar allt från att administrera löneprocesser och hantera pre-boarding, onboarding och offboarding, till att vara ansvarig för våra HR-system och rapportering. Du arbetar också med myndighetsadministration och samarbetar i projekt över flera funktioner med HR, ekonomi och externa intressenter.

Dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar

• Administrera löneprocesser, säkerställa korrekta inmatningar och hantera lön, avdrag, traktamenten, pensioner, och andra ersättningar.
• Hantera personaladministration kring nyanställningar och avslut, skapa och underhålla personalfiler i enlighet med GDPR.
• Ansvara för HR-systemen, säkerställa att data är uppdaterad, skapa rapporter och hantera frånvaroregistrering.
• Bygga goda relationer med anställda och chefer, vara stödjande i HR-relaterade frågor och administrera tjänster från externa leverantörer.
• Delta aktivt i projekt och samarbeta med både lokala och globala HR-kollegor samt andra intressenter för att ständigt förbättra och effektivisera våra processer.
  
  

Vi söker dig som har

• Kunskaper i lönehantering för Sverige, Danmark, Norge och Finland.
• En strukturerad och effektiv arbetsstil med god känsla för detaljer.
• Erfarenhet av att arbeta i HR-relaterade roller eller administration samt kunskaper i Microsoft Office.
• Flytande svenska och engelska, kunskaper i andra nordiska språk är meriterande.
• En serviceinriktad attityd och vana att arbeta med HR-system (erfarenhet av SAP HCM är ett plus).

Do you want to be part of a dedicated team that ensures smooth and correct payroll management and supports line managers and employees in all HR-related matters? We are now looking for an HR & Payroll Specialist who can work remotely, with the opportunity to work from home and contribute to our business in a flexible way.

About the role As an HR & Payroll Specialist in our Shared Service team, you have a key role in providing our employees and managers with consistent and high-quality HR support. Your work includes everything from administering payroll processes and managing pre-boarding, onboarding and offboarding, to being responsible for our HR systems and reporting. You also work with government administration and collaborate on projects across several functions with HR, finance and external stakeholders.

Your duties include

• Administer payroll processes, ensure correct entries and manage payroll, deductions, allowances, pensions, and other compensation.
• Manage personnel administration around new hires and terminations, create and maintain personnel files in accordance with GDPR.
• Be responsible for the HR systems, ensure that data is up to date, create reports and manage absence registration.
• Build good relationships with employees and managers, be supportive in HR-related issues and administer services from external suppliers.
• Actively participate in projects and collaborate with both local and global HR colleagues as well as other stakeholders to continuously improve and streamline our processes.
  
  

We are looking for someone who has

• Knowledge of payroll for Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
• A structured and efficient working style with a good sense of detail.
• Experience of working in HR-related roles or administration as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, knowledge of other Nordic languages is an advantage.
• A service-oriented attitude and experience of working with HR systems (experience with SAP HCM is a plus).
