What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, developing, and deploying smart contracts on Solana.
• Building and integrating dApps that push the boundaries of decentralized systems.
• Working hands-on with Solana protocols, Web3 libraries, and tools.
• Ensuring performance, scalability, and best-in-class security.
• Collaborating with brilliant cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge blockchain solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong track record in Solana blockchain development and writing/deploying programs (smart contracts).
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain principles, decentralized ledgers & cryptography.
• Proficiency with Web3 tools and dApp architecture.
• Problem-solving mindset with laser focus on detail and security.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

• Rust programming experience for Solana or other blockchain applications.
• Familiarity with Ethereum, Polkadot, DeFi protocols, and token standards.
• Front-end development exposure (React, Next.js) for dApps.
