We are working with a rapidly growing HealthTech client in Oslo who is looking for a highly skilled and motivated engineer to join their team.

The Role

As the Senior Azure DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping and maintaining their cloud infrastructure. You’ll collaborate closely with development and product teams to streamline delivery pipelines, strengthen system security, and ensure high reliability and performance. This role will directly enable the business to scale its platform and deliver better healthcare solutions to more people.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure using Terraform (IaC)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps
• Ensure security and compliance, using Azure Security Centre and Key Vaults
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues with Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and related tools
• Collaborate with development teams to optimise cloud-native applications
• Champion best practices in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, and security

Skills Needed

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD principles and Azure DevOps
• Hands-on experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes or Azure Container Apps)
• Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and monitoring
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, collaborative mindset
• English & Norwegian speaking (fluency required)
• Bonus: Experience in a regulated industry (HealthTech, FinTech, MedTech, etc.)

Location & Work Setup

• Office-based in Oslo with the option to work remotely when needed
• Must be based in Norway
