Technical Product - Team Lead

At Zaptec, we don’t just build smart chargers—we build the future of mobility. And to do that, we need someone to guide one of our product teams.

Your days will be about making sure our talented engineers—working across electronics, firmware, and mechanics—stay connected, coordinated, and moving forward. You’ll work closely with the Product Owner of the team to plan and execute, keep the flow of projects on track, and make sure the team stays motivated and aligned. Nontheless delivers products we're proud of.

Think of yourself as the person who clears the path, so the team can focus on what they do best: building world-class charging stations.

You probably light up when talking about product development - and not just the ideas, but the challenge of turning them into real, physical products. You might have a background in electronics, firmware, or another technical field, and understand what it takes to bring physical products to life. More than anything, you enjoy working with people. You like to motivate, coordinate, and bring out the best in others - without needing to be “the boss.”

As for the skills required for this job

• Technical background (electronics, cybernetics, mechanical, or similar) with education or solid relevant experience to match.
• Familiarity with project governance and development processes - knowing when to use them, and when to keep it simple.
• Experience coordinating or leading cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience from hardware or physical product development is a huge bonus.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
