Role Overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the product vision, roadmap, and execution for MultiBank Group’s multi-asset trading platforms, covering FX, CFD, and Crypto markets. You will take ownership of both web and mobile experiences, ensuring seamless functionality, regulatory compliance, and industry-leading execution across asset classes. Working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, dealing desk, treasury, compliance, marketing, and business teams, the Product Manager will play a central role in driving innovation and client satisfaction across the Group’s global platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap for FX, CFD, and crypto platforms.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and user research to identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities.
• Translate business goals into detailed product requirements, epics, and user stories in JIRA.
• Oversee delivery of core trading features, including order types, leverage/margin systems, spreads, swaps, wallet integrations, and liquidity provider connectivity.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure platform stability, performance, and execution quality.
• Collaborate with UX/UI design to deliver intuitive trading journeys for retail and institutional clients.
• Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to FX and crypto regulations (KYC/AML, MiCA, FATF, etc.) across multiple jurisdictions.
• Partner with treasury and risk management to optimize liquidity, spreads, and exposure management.
• Coordinate with sales, dealing, and marketing to align product initiatives with client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Monitor trading activity, user behavior, and platform performance using analytics tools to guide product decisions.
• Stay informed on FX and crypto market trends, regulatory developments, and technology innovations to maintain competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. (MBA is a plus.)
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in trading platforms (FX, CFD, or crypto).
• In-depth knowledge of order execution, liquidity providers, risk management tools, leverage/margin systems, and wallet integrations.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.).
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience delivering products across both web and mobile platforms.
