Head of Artificial Intelligence

Hiring a Head of AI to embed artificial intelligence into business strategy and drive measurable impact across digital media, marketing and customer engagement.

Location: Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide AI strategies aligned with business goals
• Identify high-value AI use cases and define success metrics (ROI, adoption, efficiency)
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption paths
• Lead cross-functional AI initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
• Promote AI literacy, ethics, and responsible innovation across the organization
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams to execute strategies
• Thought leader in AI strategy and governance

Requirements:

• 7+ years in AI strategy or machine learning implementation
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies (NLP, computer vision, generative AI)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Strategy or related field
• Proven ability to align AI with business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes
• Familiarity with AI governance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
