Role Overview:

We are seeking a Product Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives across all trading and technology products within MultiBank Group, including CFD and cryptocurrency platforms. This role ensures that key projects from regulatory compliance upgrades and liquidity integrations to client-facing innovations are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest standard of quality. The Product Project Manager acts as the central link between strategy and execution, enabling MultiBank Group to maintain its position as a global leader in regulated financial markets.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of product and platform projects across all MultiBank business lines, including CFDs, crypto, and multi-asset trading platforms.
• Translate the Group’s product strategy into project milestones and delivery plans with clear KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning engineering, liquidity/treasury, compliance, operations, UX/UI, and marketing.
• Ensure regulatory alignment across 17+ financial regulators and multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage integration projects involving pricing engines, liquidity providers, wallets, margin/leverage tools, and risk management systems.
• Track and monitor platform stability, ensuring projects enhance uptime, execution speed, and client trading experience.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could affect delivery timelines, compliance approval, or technical performance.
• Oversee backlog prioritization in JIRA to reflect business impact and client demand.
• Provide progress reports to Group leadership on project status, risks, and performance metrics.
• Champion continuous improvement in project management methodologies, governance, and reporting across the Group.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in product or project management, preferably within fintech, trading, or crypto environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and project reporting tools.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
