Who We Are Looking For?
The Senior/Human Resource Executive will assist in the planning and implementation of Human Resource Management strategies and programs pertaining to recruitment, compensation & benefits. Take charge of recruitment activities, assist in staff retention, human resource administration and staff recreation.
What Awaits You:
1. Recruitment
- Follow up closely with Business Units on effective manpower planning
- Provide advice and render assistance to Business Units on manpower regulations to ensure statutory compliance including processing of work passes for foreign workers
- Responsible for co-ordination and organization of recruitment drive, career/job fairs and trainee internship programs for attracting of new joiners
- Develop and update all materials relating to recruitment, i.e. recruitment poster/hand-out, application, confirmation and performance appraisal forms, etc. for employer’s branding
2. Staff Retention and Grievance Management
- Address staff’s concerns and provide counseling
- Investigate staff’s feedback and report findings to management (with recommendations, if any) so that appropriate action can be carried out timely
- Conduct exit interviews to identify and feedback on critical factors resulting in staff resignation in order to understand and address staff’s concern and thereby reducing staff turnover.
3. Human Resource & Benefits Administration
- Processing insurance, medical and dental claims timely
- Allowance schemes administration such mobile phone reimbursement and transport allowance eligibility including referral payments are processed timely.
- Provide advice and render assistance to Business Units on manpower regulations to ensure statutory compliance including processing of work passes for foreign workers
- Update all materials relating to confirmation and performance appraisal forms, etc. timely
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of records on staff movement and ensure that all staff’s employment status are processed with proper documentation in a timely manner
- Follow up and ensure that all staff’s employment status, i.e. conversion and confirmation of employment, transfer, promotion, resignation, termination, dismissal, etc. are process with proper documentation in a timely manner
- Ensure all renewals and cancellations of various types of work passes for non-Singaporean staff are done in a timely manner
- Attend to and resolve all types of staff’s queries, issues, etc.
- Assist in smooth implementation and maintenance of E-attendance for new store and proper maintenance of staff data in the system eg: new joiner, resignees & transfer case
We Are Excited About You If You Have:
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or Psychology
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity, of which 1 year of recruitment experience, gained in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Possess a strong sense of urgency, self-motivated, resourceful and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Highly organized with a high level of drive and integrity, and willing to be hands-on
- Meticulous, with initiative, attention to details
- Work independently with minimum supervision, and a dedicated team player
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Digitally Inclined
