Front End Engineer

Location: New York, NY (On-site, Full-time)

About The Role

We’re looking for a founding Front-end Engineer to shape the user experience of an emerging AI product platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an early-stage environment, enjoys solving complex design-to-code challenges, and wants to build products that push the boundaries of human–AI interaction.

What You’ll Do

• Own the front-end development lifecycle from prototypes to production.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to translate ideas into smooth, intuitive interfaces.
• Build modular, performant UI components that scale with rapid product iteration.
• Drive best practices around accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
• Contribute to technical strategy and help set the tone for the engineering culture as a founding team member.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience in front-end engineering (startup or high-growth experience preferred).
• Strong background with React (or comparable modern frameworks), TypeScript, and front-end tooling.
• Comfort working across the stack, though frontend excellence is your strength.
• A product-minded approach: you care about how things look and feel as much as how they’re built.
• Desire to work in a fast-moving environment where you’ll directly influence product direction.
