About the Role

We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our growing team.

What You Will Do:

• Responsible for all functions of the HR processes and supporting all HR activities,
• Strong willing for HR business operations,
• Organizing and performing all on-boarding process for new employees,
• Implementing training and development plans,
• Being responsible for employees HR files & updating org charts/personnel list,
• Develop effective relationships with internal customers,
• Performing the exit process according to internal standards and in line with the legislation,
• Establish and update HR procedures,
• Support the social activities

What We Are Looking For:

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
• Preferably fluent in written and spoken English,
• Having at least min. 2-3 years experience (preferably in the technology companies),
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail,
• Ability to work in a multi-tasked & fast-paced environment,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
