As a Backend /Drupal Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications using Drupal 9/10/11. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance digital experiences. Your expertise in Drupal APIs, Symfony, and Azure cloud services will be key to building robust solutions that meet compliance and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Drupal websites, custom modules, and themes.
• Implement scalable and secure solutions using Drupal APIs and Symfony.
• Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise services.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver iterative improvements.
• Apply OWASP security best practices and ensure ISO 27001 & ISO 20000 compliance.
• Conduct regular audits and patching for vulnerabilities.
• Work with security teams on threat modeling and assessments.
• Deploy Drupal environments on on-premise servers, Microsoft Azure using App Service, DevOps, and Key Vault.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
• Optimize performance using caching tools like Varnish and Redis.
  
  

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Drupal 8/9/10 development.
  
  

Skills Required

• Proven experience in enterprise-grade Drupal development and cloud deployment.
• Strong background in application security and compliance frameworks
• Experience with security tools such as SonarQube, Frog, Invicti, or similar.
• Proficient in PHP, Symfony, Twig, Composer, Drush, and Git.
• Skilled in modern front-end technologies and frameworks.
• Certified in Drupal; contributions to Drupal.org modules are a plus.
• Strong understanding of secure coding, access control, and data encryption.
• Familiarity with Azure security services and RBAC.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
