About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong UI and UX design experience to lead the design of intuitive, impactful, and user-focused digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into seamless design solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong UI and UX design experience to lead the design of intuitive, impactful, and user-focused digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into seamless design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product design process — from research, concept, wireframing, and prototyping to final UI design and delivery.
- Lead user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior and pain points.
- Create information architecture, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Design visually stunning and consistent UI aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for multiple devices.
- Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of the design system.
- Use analytics, A/B testing, and feedback to iterate and improve product designs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile products.
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of design thinking, user-centered design principles, and accessibility standards.
- Proven track record of delivering complex product designs from concept to launch.
- Ability to balance business needs with user experience goals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
