We’re growing! A fast-scaling data insights company is hiring a Junior BI Analyst to support dashboard development, data preparation, and grow into client-facing insight delivery. This role is perfect for someone curious, coachable, and eager to build strong technical and client skills.

What you’ll do

• Support dashboard creation and data visualisation (Power BI, Tableau).
• Assist with data prep, CRM analytics, and campaign reporting.
• Learn SQL and grow into pipeline/data orchestration skills.
• Work directly with client teams and senior analysts on insight delivery.
• Gain exposure to AI-assisted analytics tools and attribution models.

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication and willingness to be client-facing.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and data visualisation tools.
• Exposure to CRM data, segmentation, or campaign analytics (nice to have).
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn cloud tools (AWS, BigQuery).
• A team player who thrives on learning and growth.
