Job Overview:
The Product Manager Head, Senior Manager, will lead the marketing strategy for our B2B products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to position our B2B products effectively in the market. Being data driven, deploying market monitoring tools to increase business profile and P&L results.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Product Positioning: Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our products to target audiences.
- Campaign Management: Lead the design and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product launches and customer experiences.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the product marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Background & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record in B2B markets.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results. Creating an environment of full accountability and collaboration.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of B2B markets and trends, with experience in technology or related industries.
