Network Engineer / Network Administrator

Location: Avenida Roque Petroni 999, Morumbi – São Paulo

Work Model: Hybrid (2–3 days per week, depending on need)

Contract: Long Term


Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Network Engineer (Junior–Mid Level) to join our IT team in São Paulo. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing LAN/WAN support, troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure, and coordinating with ISPs and global teams. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and effective communication in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user support for LAN and WAN networks, resolving incidents and service requests.
  • Perform network device replacement, configuration, and console access for troubleshooting and upgrades.
  • Support planned change windows (e.g., internet line and MPLS upgrades).
  • Manage and escalate ISP tickets in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
  • Handle incident queue management in ServiceNow, ensuring timely response and resolution.
  • Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for new line contracts, upgrades, and site expansions.
  • Assist in the configuration, monitoring, and support of Cisco Firewalls, Switches (9200/9300 Series), and Nexus equipment in Data Centers.
  • Provide basic Wi-Fi and Cisco WLC support, including troubleshooting and small-scale changes.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in end-user support for LAN/WAN networks.
  • Strong hands-on skills in network troubleshooting, replacement, and console access.
  • Experience with Cisco Firewalls, Switches (9200/9300 Series), and Nexus platforms.
  • Familiarity with Wi-Fi and Cisco WLC (basic support level).
  • Experience with incident and change management systems (preferably ServiceNow).
  • Ability to work effectively during planned change windows and maintenance.
  • Proven experience liaising with ISPs for incident handling and service requests.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days on-site at Morumbi, SP).

  • Portuguese: Native
  • English: Advanced
  • Spanish: Basic


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Data Center networking environments.
  • Knowledge of MPLS, VPNs, and internet circuit upgrades.
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
