About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Network Engineer (Junior–Mid Level) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks in enterprise environments, along with the ability to collaborate with ISPs, vendors, and internal teams across multiple regions.
This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence in Morumbi, SP (3 days per week).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for LAN/WAN networks, resolving incidents and service requests.
- Perform network device replacement, configuration, and console access for troubleshooting and upgrades.
- Support planned change windows, including internet line and MPLS upgrades.
- Manage and escalate ISP tickets in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
- Handle incident queue management in ServiceNow, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for new line contracts, upgrades, and site expansions.
- Assist in the configuration, monitoring, and support of Cisco Firewalls, Switches (9200/9300 Series), and Nexus equipment in Data Centers.
- Provide basic Wi-Fi and Cisco WLC support, including troubleshooting and small-scale changes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience providing LAN/WAN support in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on expertise in network troubleshooting, device replacement, and console access.
- Experience with Cisco Firewalls, Switches (9200/9300 Series), and Nexus platforms.
- Familiarity with Wi-Fi and Cisco WLC.
- Experience with ServiceNow or other incident/change management tools.
- Ability to work during change windows and planned maintenance.
- Proven experience managing ISP incidents and service escalations.
Languages
- Portuguese: Native
- English: Advanced
- Spanish: Basic
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Data Center networking environments.
- Knowledge of MPLS, VPNs, and internet circuit upgrades.
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
