Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a rapidly expanding consultancy that specialises in Business Intelligence, Application Development, Data Governance, and Enterprise Integration. This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Power BI Developer to build their career within a supportive and collaborative technical team.
You will work closely with senior developers and directors on a mix of client-facing and internal projects, building dashboards, analysing data, and contributing to innovative BI solutions. If you’re passionate about data storytelling, reporting, and eager to learn, this could be your perfect next step.

What do you do?
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
- Support data modelling, cleaning, and report generation
- Contribute to client projects and back-end tasks
- Assist in portfolio reporting, data storytelling, and recommendations
- Work under guidance of senior developers and directors
- Participate in technical discussions, team meetings & project reviews
- Collaborate with technical teams on system integration initiatives
- Handle ad-hoc reporting and data analysis tasks
What do you need?
- Some experience with Power BI, data modelling, or fabric exposure
- Strong understanding of data sets, cleaning, and reporting
- Attention to detail with an analytical mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a technical team
- Exposure to BI-specific tools/software a plus
- Portfolio or project examples showcasing capability highly regarded
