We are looking for Senior and Principal Product Designers to join the nab Experience Design team that’s doubling down on winning together.

Each Day, You’ll Go Above And Beyond To

• Lead and own design projects defining the end-to-end user flows and screens based on requirements for product designers and their cross functional teams to deliver
• Own the design for various domains within the NAB Design team, iterating on and improving existing experience.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and subject matter experts to define the problem space and align on solutions.
• Engage with NAB internal colleagues and customers to validate your designs and ensure they are user-friendly, fit for market, and reduce operational risk.
• Communicate design decisions effectively, using visuals and storytelling to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Work within a strong design community—sharing, critiquing, and growing alongside a team of talented designers.
  
  

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Demonstrated experience working as a Senior Product Designer, ideally working in complex industries such as banking, finance, fintech, insurance, or trading.
• Strong UX and UI skills, with a keen eye for visual design, typography, and layout. You bring good taste and know how to create polished, high-quality work.
• Experience designing for complex systems, where multiple user types and workflows need to be considered.
• A natural ability to communicate, aligning stakeholders across business and technology teams to drive great design outcomes.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems, ensuring scalable and maintainable designs.
• Curiosity and problem-solving skills—you don’t just execute, you think critically about how to improve experiences and challenge assumptions.
