• You lead software projects from the initial idea through to completion.
• In a dynamic environment, you coordinate stakeholders, develop technical solutions, and implement them together with the team.
• Responsibility for planning and execution throughout the entire project lifecycle – considering time, scope, budget, and quality in accordance with CMMI guidelines.
• Continuous monitoring and proactive detection of changes in project parameters.
• Management of the Change Request process; from initial specification to handover to support.
• Derivation of technical requirements and user stories, definition of functional gaps, and prioritization together with the DEV team.
• Configuration of our software according to customer requirements as well as coordination of releases and patches during the project lifecycle.
• Create, execute, and document test cases with clients.

Qualifications

• Solid expertise in relational databases and object-oriented programming (preferably Java).
• Proactive, structured, and practical approach with a high technical affinity.
• Very good English skills, German is an advantage.
• Openness to business travel (max. 10%) and international cultures.

Education

• Completed (Business) Informatics education and practical experience in IT project management.
