👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Product Designer at Qonto, you will:

• Lead the end-to-end design for new features, from discovery to delivery, within your cross-functional team.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into compelling design solutions.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers, ensuring designs meet both technical and business requirements.
• Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the evolution of our product

We are currently recruiting for one of our teams, managed by Rouxin.

Rouxin is a Senior Product Design Manager at Qonto with extensive experience managing design teams and driving product innovation in fast-paced, international environments. She’s passionate about building intuitive user experiences and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. As your manager, she’ll support your development at Qonto through ongoing feedback and mentorship.

Her background: Rouxin has over a decade of experience in product design, having worked with both startups and leading tech companies across Europe and Asia. She has a strong track record in fintech and digital products, and she truly understands what it takes to nurture high-performing teams and deliver impactful solutions.

What she brings to the team: Rouxin values open communication, diversity, and learning. She’s committed to helping her team members grow their expertise while working on projects that matter. With her guidance, you’ll have the opportunity to advance your skills and make a real difference as Qonto continues to transform business banking.

• Proven experience in product design within tech companies or innovative startups/scale-ups.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in system design, visual design, and user research.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a history of working effectively within cross-functional teams.
• A passion for solving complex problems and a relentless focus on the user experience.
