QA Lead Engineer

· Candidate must be comfortable leading and doing manual and automation work.

· Communication skills a must.

· Preferred candidates have hands-on automation experience with Selenium/Java and API testing.

· Preferred Other preferred skills of the role: Strong experience developing and implementing test plans & test cases.

· Strong experience performing manual testing

· Strong experience implementing QA process and methodologies Retail or Online Store background.

· Good team and people skills Excellent oral/written communication skills

· Able to host status meetings and ad hoc working sessions

· Able to work independently under pressure and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

· Able to work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver a project.

· Able to collaborate with business partners, developers, and various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues.

· Able to coordinate end to end validation with various backend systems and vendors.
