On behalf of our Client, we are looking for a curious IT talent with a collaborative spirit for the role of PAYROLL IT SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT

who will be at the heart of digital innovation, delivering scalable solutions that truly impact clients’ businesses.

As a key player in the company’s growth journey in Latvia, you will:

  • Design and implement payroll and HR software solutions for large Baltic organizations.
  • Collaborate with Latvian and international clients on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance& Operations projects.
  • Analyse and optimize HR and payroll processes to maximize business value.
  • Lead ERP system configuration and client workshops (online & offline), document business requirements, and guide clients through training and change management.
  • Serve as a bridge between product development and Latvian legislation.
  • Take part in marketing and sales initiatives tailored for Latvia.

To be successful in this role, your professional background should cover:

  • Work experience as a Payroll Specialist, Accountant, Financial Auditor, or ERP Superuser.
  • Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or IT, which will support you in this role.
  • Understanding of payroll and digitalization concepts, and experience with ERP software such as Microsoft Dynamics FO/AX.
  • Fluent in English and Latvian, both written and spoken, with the ability to confidently conduct business communication on a daily professional level.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • It’s a plus if you bring ERP/consulting experience with a passion for AI, integrations, and digital transformation.
