Business Program Manager

Support and Service Team in Riga is looking looking for Business Program Manager to drive efficiency, collaboration, and execution across the company. The role will focus on cross-functional and company-wide process improvements.

In this role you will support teams, remove bottlenecks, improve workflows, and drive strategic projects, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.We would like to inform potential applicants that this is on site position from Riga office.

Key Responsibilities:Program & Project Management:

• Drive execution of strategic programs and cross-functional projects;
• Ensure alignment between stakeholders, timelines, and business objectives;
• Identify risks and dependencies, proactively solving roadblocks.

Process Optimization & Efficiency:

• Analyze and improve workflows, reducing inefficiencies;
• Implement automation where possible to enhance productivity;
• Establish best practices and frameworks for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:

• Act as a bridge between different teams, ensuring alignment;
• Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams;
• Provide visibility into project progress, risks, and impact.

Metrics & KPI Management:

• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Use data to drive decision-making and measure program success;
• Ensure transparency and accountability in achieving goals.

Role-Specific Focus Areas:Business Program Manager (BPM):

• Lead company-wide cross-functional initiatives across all departments and external partners;
• Ensure smooth implementation of corporate programs, compliance processes, and operational frameworks;
• Drive change management and process standardization across departments;
• Coordinate and manage both internal and external projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives;
• Facilitate collaboration and communication between teams to drive success across all areas of the business.

Qualifications & Requirements:Experience: 5+ years in program/project management, business operations, or engineering management;

Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills;

Tools: Experience with project management tools (Atlassian Suite, Asana, MPP, etc.);

Mindset: Proactive, data-driven, and process-oriented;

Bonus: Experience in the tech, gaming, process management knowledge, or online casino industry (preferred but not mandatory).
