What you can expect in this role

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee general office operations, including maintaining supplies and equipment.
  • Manage correspondence, scheduling and filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle expense reports and other administrative documentation.


HR Support:

  • Assist in drafting HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policies.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support in deploying global initiatives locally
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.


Who we are looking for

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative and HR Assistant. This hybrid role involves managing day-to-day office administrative tasks while supporting the Human Resources department with various HR-related activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

  • Proven experience in administrative or HR roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
