Project Manager

NKT is at the forefront of advancing a more sustainable world through cutting-edge technology, playing a key role in the global shift toward green energy. NKT designs, manufactures, and installs low, medium and high voltage power cable solutions enabling sustainable energy transmission. Now they are looking for Project Manager who is eager to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a growing global team!  

POSITION GOALS:

· Lead multiple projects within the ONE ERP program, ensuring successful and timely execution, meeting set goals, budget, and timeline.

· Create and manage project execution plans, aligning them with the overall ERP program roadmap and ensuring all phases are completed as planned.

· Coordinate business process analysis, system configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live, ensuring business objectives are met and operational efficiency is improved.

· Maintain communication between business leaders, IT teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and involved throughout the project lifecycle.

· Manage risks and challenges, ensuring quick issue resolution and effective resource allocation.

· Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration validation, and post-go-live stabilization, ensuring a smooth transition period.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

· Education: Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, IT or related field.

· Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe) preferred.

· 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, transformation programs, or project management (SAP S/4HANA migration would be a huge plus).

· Experience, leading complex, multi-year ERP transformations and familiarity with program management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager).

· Experience with large-scale, multi-national ERP programs and business process transformations is a plus.

· Skills: Leadership, analytical mindset, organizational skills and stakeholder engagement.

· Languages: Fluent English.
