Product Designer

Your mission

At Odds Scanner, we are looking for a Product Designer to join our team in Lisbon. You won’t be joining us as a “pixel pusher” — instead, you’ll become part of a team that actively shapes the future of our digital ecosystem. From early discovery to delivery, you’ll be involved in all phases of the UX process, balancing creativity with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Help to improve the overall quality of the team's design output.
• Design end-to-end experiences: owning the design workflow from wireframes and prototypes to polished, high-fidelity interfaces.
• Validate ideas with real users and translate data into actionable insights that highlight design opportunities.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across our products.
• Collaborate with developers to bring designs to life.
• Stay on top of design trends and best practices and proactively suggest improvements.
• Ensure our products remain consistent, user-friendly, and visually engaging.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of solid professional experience in Product Design (UX, UI, digital product design).
• A sharp eye for detail and a love for pixel-perfect execution.
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills.
• Capability to elevate design briefs to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
• A proven track record designing for websites, apps, and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication in English — you can explain your design decisions clearly.
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow as part of a design team.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your best work (applications without portfolios will not be considered).
