Release Train Engineer (SAFe)

Responsibilities:

• Facilitation of key ART events (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, Retrospectives, Inspect & Adapt)
• Collaboration with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams
• Managing risks, dependencies, and impediments impacting delivery
• Promoting Lean-Agile practices and a culture of continuous improvement
• Providing transparent updates to stakeholders at all levels
• Supporting capacity planning, process improvements, and best practices adoption
• Fostering a safe environment for collaboration and innovation
• Supporting change initiatives and Agile transformation
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years in Agile roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar)
• Experience facilitating PI Planning and cross-team events
• Understanding of product/solution delivery processes
• Strong skills in managing risks, dependencies, and impediments
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Russian C1+
• English C1+

• Experience as RTE or working with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Spotify)
• Certifications (SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist, CSM)
• Coaching and mentoring Agile/Lean teams
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and BI tools
• Background in large-scale, cross-functional programs
• Agile transformation experience in non-IT units (marketing, support, sales)
