ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a fast-paced, agile team working on a project for a leading multimedia and entertainment company in the gaming space. Bring your entrepreneurial mindset, make data-driven decisions, and see your ideas come to life—impacting both internal tools and customer-facing products.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Plan, lead, organize, and motivate Agile teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet and exceed business expectations;
- Coach team members to improve performance, support process optimization, and help define or enhance workflows and tools that drive efficiency;
- Ensure continuous alignment between project outcomes and strategic objectives;
- Lead end-to-end project delivery in an Agile environment;
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote Agile best practices;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and priorities;
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.

MUST HAVES

- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
- Proven experience in AdTech, with a strong understanding of media, advertising, and web application development;
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management best practices;
- Hands-on experience with planning, task tracking, and requirements management;
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills;
- Proven ability to manage full project cycles—from strategy through execution and reporting;
- Strong interest in emerging technologies and best practices;
- Advanced or upper-intermediate English proficiency.

NICE TO HAVES

- Experience mentoring or managing technical team members;
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, CAPM);
- PMP Certification.
