Senior Fullstack Developer (React&Python)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in building modern web applications using React and TypeScript on the frontend and Python with FastAPI on the backend. You will play a key role in developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Fullstack Development
• Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and related libraries/frameworks (material ui).
• Build and optimize backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Collaboration & Mentorship
• Participate in code reviews and help enforce high-quality engineering standards.
• Quality & DevOps
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring high availability and resilience.

Required Skills & Experience

• Frontend Expertise
• Experience with modern frontend development, including React, TypeScript, and state management tools (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
• Strong understanding of modern UI/UX patterns, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Backend Expertise
• Professional experience with Python, including building RESTful APIs with FastAPI (or Flask/Django with a willingness to work in FastAPI).
• Strong knowledge of API design principles, authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT), and database interactions (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with async programming in Python.
• General Technical Skills
• Proficiency in SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Jest, React Testing Library).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to break down complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Leadership qualities and experience mentoring junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of API gateways.
• Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js) or static site generation.
• Background in scaling high-traffic applications.
• Exposure to observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
