Egis Romania is looking for a full-time Product Manager CH responsible for Consumer Health portfolio, who works with enthusiasm and dedication, having an entrepreneurial spirit and quick adaptation to change.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Development, implementation and control of marketing plans/long range plans for the concerned products, to maximize market share and achieve sales objectives;
• Define and follow-up the implementation of strategy and tactics for OTC products;
• Focus on effective resource-allocation, maximizing product life-cycles.
• Be able to propose new path to market for launches & existing products, strong follow -up on the commercial implementation.
• Build up media plans with agencies and track implementation, linked with results.
• Constant comnmunication with International Brand Management team & Regional consumer Manager.
• Acts as a role model, in line with all ethical & compliance rules and promote the highest ethical & compliance standards
  
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: University degree
• Experience: minimum 3 years of Brand management experience, Consumer healtcare portfolio management is a must, with experience in product launches.

Knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of Marketing
• Trade marketing skills
• Demonstrates excellent English language skills
• Characteristics:
• Highly focused and drives to set for him/herself ambitious objectives
• Integrity, tenacity and adaptability in complex situations and an often changing environment; able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines
• Strong capabilities to manage succesful launches.
• Ability to constantly self-challenge and strong CAN DO attitude
• Quick to analyse and take action
