Project Management Officer (PMO)

We are looking to welcome a Project Management Officer with a demonstrated desire to grow as a specialist for one of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Project and Engagement documentation effectively and accurately, including project schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes and technical specifications
• Identifying potential risks
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and the team for this project

Qualifications:

• Completed degree
• French Speaker (B1+ mandatory)
• You are a strong communicator, solution-oriented and show a high degree of responsibility
• Microsoft Office
• Jira/MS Project or Microsoft Power Bi is a plus

• Other information:Working schedule: M-F; 08:00-9:30 – 17:00-18:30
• Working Time: full-time (8 hours / day, 40 hours / 3 days/week at the office)
• Experience Level: 0-3 / 3-5 years
