Project Manager, Finance Transformation

The role:

As Project Manager, you’ll lead a cross-functional team on a transformative journey to standardize financial processes and implement a new ERP system across multiple business units and geographies. You’ll work closely with stakeholders in Finance and IT to deliver lasting change – making sure our processes, systems, data, and people are future-ready.

This is what you’ll be doing:

• Leading the end-to-end Finance Transformation project from planning through execution and go-live.
• Driving process harmonisation across finance functions (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash).
• Coordinating ERP implementation activities (e.g., change management, data migration, testing, rollout).
• Managing internal and external stakeholders, including solution vendors and system integrators.
• Monitoring project timelines, risks, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Supporting change management and training efforts across business units.

About you:

• Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes in a mid-size or enterprise organisation.
• Experience working with standardisation and process optimisation.
• Proven experience managing large-scale ERP or finance transformation projects (preferably NetSuite).
• Strong stakeholder management skills – able to translate between finance, tech, and executive teams.
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
• Bonus if you’ve worked in a multi-entity or international business structure.
