2. JOB PURPOSE:

Lead the development and management of cybersecurity products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market trends, and security standards. Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Description

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cybersecurity solutions.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and internal stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and design teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay up to date with cybersecurity trends and technologies.
• Act as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity during internal and external discussions.
• Support go-to-market strategy, including product launches, documentation, and training.
• Develop KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and security effectiveness.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring timely delivery of releases.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to create product positioning, messaging, and marketing collateral.
• Facilitate risk assessments and security impact analyses for new features and products.
• Provide mentorship to junior product managers or associates, promoting best practices in cybersecurity product management.
• Liaise with external vendors, partners, and clients for product integration, partnerships, and enhancements.

4. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

• Work closely with engineering, security, marketing, COO, R&G and customer success teams.
• Liaise with external vendors, partners, and clients as needed.

5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in cybersecurity or IT security products.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud security, network security, endpoint protection, or threat intelligence products.
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or PMP are a plus.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and bug lifecycle
