About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong IT background and proven leadership in enterprise-level projects. The role offers primarily remote working, with occasional on-site presence required in the UAE or KSA (approx. twice per month during the onboarding phase).

The successful candidate will join a large-scale, long-term transformation programme, currently 20% complete, where strong project governance, delivery focus, and stakeholder management are essential to driving the initiative forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex enterprise IT projects from planning through to successful delivery.
• Drive project governance, ensuring milestones, risks, and deliverables are managed effectively.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Provide clear reporting and project documentation to senior leadership.
• Ensure projects align with business strategy and technology roadmaps.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and schedules effectively.
• Act as the key point of escalation for project issues and risks.
• Oversee project change management and process improvements.

Skills & Experience Required

✅ Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager within enterprise IT environments.

✅ Strong background in IT infrastructure, applications, or digital transformation projects.

✅ Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines in large-scale projects.

✅ Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.

✅ Experience working across UAE / KSA or wider Middle East region preferred.

✅ Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile).
