Head of Business Performance (m/f/d)

Our Client

A leading travel business in the region have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Business Performance to join their team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the Revenue and footfall budgeting and monthly forecasting cycle
• Effectively prioritize and communicate forecast visibility on Financial and Operational risks / opportunities to inform action planning
• Lead discussions with senior management, including regular updates to CEO
• Work closely with Pricing and Product team, providing actionable insights to improve product performance
• Setup and run efficient mechanisms to track performance, conduct analysis and work with the team to prepare insightful reports for C-level management as well as Board as necessary

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree from a reputable university
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A.
• Experience in hospitality, FMCG, management consulting or other relevant industry
• Proven capabilities in data analytics and structured problem solving
• Efficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Tableau
